of protein motifs
Here
are scripts to calculate the statistics described in
Moses AM, Heriche JK, Durbin R. (2007) Spatial clustering of phosphorylation site
recognition motifs can be exploited to predict the targets of
cyclin-dependent kinase. Genome
Biology. 8(2):R23.
These scripts are quite specific to the way we searched for
clusters of CDK sites. This software is still in development, so
check back soon for more general functionality, display tools and etc.
