- Instructions

Select a region to browse and a reference species:
Sarb genes in blue indicate genes that are syntenic and orthologous with Scer.
Sarb genes in orange indicate genes that are similar to Scer genes but may not be syntenic.
Sarb genes in yellow indicate genes that are predicted by GeneMark.
Sarb tRNA in green indicate tRNAs that are syntenic and orthologous with Scer.
Sarb tRNA in red indicate tRNAs that may not be syntenic with Scer.

Some syntenic genes fall outside of the lastz alignments. These do not show any gridlines with other species.
We recommend using Saccharomyces arboricolus for the reference genome.

Examples: Sarb chrVI:140000..200000.
