Developers of Jalview
Jalview is an elegant multiple alignment editor developed by the Barton Group in the University of Dundee. It is an integral component of our data browser that enables users to view and edit the multiple alignments associated with our kinase substrate predictions. Jim Procter, the chief programmer of Jalview, has also greatly sped up our progress by providing specially-tailored build scripts of their source code.
